Delivery to Upper Floors
Standard delivery is to the ground floor. Couriers will assist with bringing items upstairs if there is a functioning lift. If there is no lift, additional charges may apply to carry the item upstairs, or the delivery may be limited to the ground floor. If you live on an upper floor without a lift and need assistance, please let us know at the time of order so we can arrange for an appropriate service and quote for any labour charges.
Rescheduling Delivery
If you’re unable to receive the delivery on the allocated day, your local depot will contact you to rebook free of charge. Please note that rescheduled deliveries are subject to courier availability, and your new estimated time of arrival (ETA) may be different. If you wish to change the delivery date after confirmation, the following charges may apply:
- 3+ working days prior to delivery: Free of charge
- 1-2 working days prior to delivery: An administrative charge of £30 - £80 (depending on item and area)
- Less than 1 working day or failed delivery: A full charge of £80 - £150 (depending on item and area)

While the majority of orders are delivered within the displayed ETA, please note that the ETA is approximate and not guaranteed. Our official lead time for UK mainland deliveries is 14-21 working days. If an order is canceled due to a deviation from the tentative ETA, a handling charge of £30 will apply.
