1. INTRODUCTION This website is operated by Choice Wardrobe. By using our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, and customers.

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

• Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our furniture as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

3. DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY

• Access: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that large furniture items (wardrobes) can fit through doorways and hallways into the "room of choice."

• Assembly: If you have booked our professional assembly service, the area must be cleared and ready for our team upon arrival.

4. CANCELLATION & COOLING-OFF PERIOD In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to cancel your order. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details on how to exercise this right.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Choice Wardrobe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to floor scratches or minor wall scuffs during delivery, unless caused by gross negligence.
