If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, delivery, product, or experience, please contact us via email. Be sure to include the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)

⏱️ What Happens Next?
Once we receive your complaint, we will:
- Acknowledge your email within 1 working day
- Investigate and respond in full within 3–5 working days
- Offer a clear solution, which may include replacement parts, a refund, repair, or further clarification
