Delivery and handling

  • Do not attempt to carry large packages alone.
  • Use the number of competent adults and handling method appropriate to the weight and size.
  • Keep routes dry, well lit and clear of people, pets and obstructions.
  • Do not drag packages in a way that may damage panels, flooring or packaging needed for a claim.

  • Confirm all parts and fixings
  • Use a suitable level workspace
  • Keep small parts away from children

During assembly

  • Follow the sequence exactly
  • Support tall or heavy panels
  • Do not substitute structural fixings
  • Do not overtighten and damage boards

Use competent assistance if the instructions, tools, wall type or weight are beyond your experience.

Wall restraint and tipping prevention

Where the product instructions require wall restraint or anti-tip fixing, install it before normal use. Select fixings suitable for the wall construction and position, taking care to avoid hidden pipes and cables.

Children must not climb, hang from or pull on doors, drawers, rails or shelves. Store heavier items lower where practical.

Safe everyday use

  • Do not sit, stand or climb on the wardrobe.
  • Do not use shelves or drawers as steps.
  • Do not overload rails, shelves, drawers or top panels.
  • Open sliding and hinged doors using the intended handles or edges; do not force obstructed mechanisms.
  • Keep the wardrobe away from excessive moisture, direct high heat and open flames.
  • Follow the product-specific cleaning and care guidance.

Maintenance, moving and damage

  • Periodically check stability, wall restraints, fixings, hinges, runners and rails.
  • Do not move a fully assembled wardrobe unless the manufacturer’s instructions permit it and a safe method is used.
  • Stop using the item if it becomes unstable or a structural part is damaged.
  • Replace safety-critical components only with suitable parts.

For damage identified at delivery, retain the packaging and follow the delivery-issue guidance.
