1. Shipping Rates & Eligibility
We are pleased to offer Free UK Tracked Delivery on all orders of £50.00 and up.

For orders below £50.00, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Transit Times
Because we handle large-scale furniture, our delivery process includes specialized handling to ensure the safety of your items.

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery across the United Kingdom generally takes 6–11 business days, depending on your specific location and the size of the wardrobe.

3. Delivery Tracking
All orders are shipped via tracked courier services. Once your furniture leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

4. Delivery Areas & Surcharges
While we offer free delivery for the majority of the UK, please note:

Regional Surcharges: Deliveries to remote areas (such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or offshore islands) may incur additional surcharges.

These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase to ensure full price transparency.

5. Specialized Furniture Handling
Room of Choice: For large wardrobes, our delivery team will often place the items in your room of choice.

Assembly Services: If you have selected our professional assembly service, this will be scheduled concurrently with or shortly after your delivery date.
