Wardrobes are large-furniture deliveries. Timing, charges, carrier service and postcode coverage can vary by product, so the information confirmed for the specific item and order takes priority over general guidance.

Delivery estimates

Use the estimate shown on the product page or confirmed for your order. Different products can have different supplier, stock and carrier lead times; a universal site-wide estimate would therefore be misleading.

  • Estimates are usually expressed in working days and are not guaranteed appointments.
  • Availability, postcode, carrier routing, seasonal demand and access can affect timing.
  • Do not arrange installers, remove existing furniture or take time off work until the delivery appointment has been confirmed.

Coverage, service and charges

Mainland and standard areas

The available service and any charge depend on the product, delivery route and postcode.

Remote and restricted areas

Northern Ireland, islands, offshore areas and some remote Scottish or rural postcodes may have limited availability, longer timing or additional charges.

Applicable delivery information should be shown during the purchase journey or confirmed before fulfilment. Contact us with the product and full delivery postcode if the option is unclear.

Measure the complete access route

The customer is responsible for checking that the packaged product and components can reach the intended room safely.

Entrances

Measure gates, communal doors, front doors, corridors and internal door frames.

Vertical access

Check stairs, landings, lifts, ceiling height and any low or narrow turning points.

Room position

Allow for skirting boards, radiators, sockets, door swing, floor level and assembly space.

Tracking and delivery day

  1. Watch for updates.
Where tracking or appointment information is supplied by the carrier, it will be sent using the order contact details.
  2. Make the route safe.
Clear people, pets, furniture and obstructions from the access route before arrival.
  3. Inspect the delivery.
Check the number of packages and visible condition before discarding packaging.
  4. Keep evidence.
Retain labels, packaging and photographs if anything appears damaged or missing.

Room-of-choice, unpacking, packaging removal or other enhanced services apply only when expressly confirmed. Delivery does not automatically include assembly.

Damage, shortage or failed delivery

Report visible damage, missing packages or an incorrect item promptly. Include the order number, delivery postcode, packaging labels and clear photographs. Do not assemble a visibly damaged component if doing so could worsen the issue.

Where a delivery attempt cannot be completed because nobody is available, the address is incorrect, the route is unsafe or access is inadequate, reasonable redelivery or return costs may apply where permitted.
