This page explains your rights under UK consumer law and outlines ChoiceWardrobe’s returns and refunds process. Please read carefully before initiating a return.


14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period. Returned items must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • The product is in a resellable condition
  • Return authorisation has been confirmed by our support team

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Wardrobes or furniture that have been fully or partially assembled
  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or modified products
  • Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use
  • Returns requested outside the statutory cancellation period

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@choicewardrobe.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  3. Securely package the item and return it to the address provided

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original delivery charges and third-party assembly services are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund in line with your statutory rights.
