We want you to feel confident shopping with Choice Wardrobe. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Here's how our return process works.
🔁 14-Day Return Guarantee
You have the right to return your item within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Returns must be authorised by our team in advance
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
- Flat-packed wardrobes that have been fully or partially assembled
- Custom, made-to-order, or modified wardrobes
- Items returned without original packaging or with signs of misuse
- Orders returned after the 14-day period

📦 How to Return an Item
- Email support@choicewardrobe.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We’ll confirm whether your return is eligible and provide instructions.
- Returns must be packaged securely and returned to the address provided in our email.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Please note: Delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.
⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will prioritise replacement parts or a full replacement, depending on the case.
