We believe in the quality of our wardrobes. That’s why all products sold by Choice Wardrobe come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty as standard.
🛡️ What's Covered?
Our warranty protects you against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
- Faulty hinges or hardware
- Structural issues such as frame warping or instability
- Incorrect or missing components (when reported within 7 days of delivery)
🚫 What’s Not Covered?
- General wear and tear or damage caused by misuse
- Water damage, heat exposure, or environmental conditions
- Accidental damage, including breakage after assembly
- Modifications or repairs not carried out by Choice Wardrobe
Please ensure you follow the assembly instructions to maintain your warranty eligibility.
📝 Warranty Claims
If you believe your product is faulty or has a manufacturing issue, please contact our support team with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the issue
- A brief description of the fault
Submit your claim to: support@choicewardrobe.co.uk
🔁 Replacements or Repairs
Where a genuine fault is identified, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement part or component
- A full replacement unit (if applicable)
- Repair instructions or technician referral (in select areas)
All replacements or repairs are handled as quickly as possible, typically within 5–10 working days.
📦 Returns Under Warranty
Items returned under warranty must be in a clean and safe condition. We reserve the right to refuse warranty coverage if the item shows signs of misuse or improper care.
