Product Warranty


All wardrobes sold by ChoiceWardrobe are supplied with a 12-month product warranty, providing peace of mind and protection against manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Warranty Coverage

Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship from the date of delivery.

Examples of covered issues include:

  • Faulty hinges, runners, handles, or hardware components
  • Structural defects affecting stability or safe use
  • Incorrect or missing parts, if reported within 7 days of delivery

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover issues arising from normal use or external factors, including:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or incorrect handling
  • Water damage, heat exposure, or unsuitable environmental conditions
  • Damage caused during or after improper assembly
  • Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties

To maintain warranty eligibility, products must be assembled in accordance with the supplied instructions and guidance.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with the information below:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs or video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the fault

Repairs and Replacements

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement part or component
  • A replacement product, where necessary
  • Repair guidance or assistance, where applicable

Most warranty resolutions are completed within 5–10 working days, subject to part availability.

Returns Under Warranty

Items returned under warranty must be in a clean and safe condition. We reserve the right to decline warranty coverage where damage is caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care and assembly instructions.
