Product Warranty | Choice Wardrobe
Eligible wardrobes supplied by Choice Wardrobe include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery. This contractual warranty is additional to, and does not replace, statutory consumer rights.
What the warranty is intended to cover
The warranty applies where a fault is confirmed to result from defective materials or workmanship during normal domestic use. Depending on the product and evidence, this may include supplied panels, hardware, rails, hinges or other components.
What is not covered by the contractual warranty
Installation and alteration
- Incorrect assembly or unsuitable wall fixing
- Unauthorised modification of structural components
- Third-party repair that causes or worsens damage
- Failure to follow supplied care or safety instructions
An exclusion applies only to the extent that the excluded cause is relevant to the fault; it does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How to make a claim

Stop the issue worsening.
Do not continue using an unstable or unsafe wardrobe. -
Gather evidence.
Photograph the full item, the affected part, relevant labels and the surrounding installation. -
Contact support.
Send the order number, delivery postcode, description, date first noticed and the photographs or video. -
Allow assessment.
We may request measurements, component codes or further evidence before confirming a remedy.
Possible outcomes
Where a valid claim is confirmed, the appropriate response may include replacement parts, repair guidance, repair assistance, replacement or another remedy. The right outcome depends on the fault, product, proportionality and applicable consumer law.
Statutory rights
UK consumers have separate legal rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality. The 12-month warranty does not shorten those rights or require a customer to rely on the warranty instead.
