Cancellation Policy
This page explains how order cancellations work at CHOICEWARDROBE, including when an order may be cancelled, how to request a cancellation, and what happens once an order has entered dispatch. This policy operates alongside — and does not replace — your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Overview
We understand that circumstances change. Where possible, we will assist with cancelling an order. However, wardrobes are often processed rapidly and may be allocated, prepared, or booked into delivery shortly after purchase.
As a result, cancellation requests are time-sensitive and cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered dispatch or supplier processing.
A cancellation is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from CHOICEWARDROBE.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you request a cancellation before your order has entered dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to stop processing. If successful, any payment made will be reversed in line with your original payment method.
What “before dispatch” means
- The order has not been handed to a courier or delivery network
- No delivery slot has been confirmed
- The order has not been allocated or prepared for fulfilment
Information required
- Order number
- Full name and postcode
- A clear request to cancel (not amend)
In some cases, an amendment (such as a size or colour change) may be possible even when a cancellation is not.
Cancelling After Dispatch
If your order has already entered dispatch, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. Courier, handling, or supplier processes may already be underway.
Important
Once dispatch has begun, stopping delivery may not be feasible. Where applicable, the next step is usually the process set out in our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.
If you contact us immediately, we will check the order status and advise the most appropriate next step based on the delivery workflow.
Made-to-Order & Special Order Items
Certain wardrobes are sourced or produced specifically for your order. These may enter production or supplier allocation shortly after purchase.
- Cancellation may not be possible once supplier processing has begun
- Any cancellation is subject to supplier approval and timing
- Where possible, amendments may be offered instead of cancellation
We will always confirm what is possible based on the specific fulfilment stage of your order.
Finance & Instalment Orders
If you paid using Klarna, Clearpay, or Shop Pay instalments, cancellation requests must still be made directly to CHOICEWARDROBE.
- Once a cancellation is confirmed, the provider will update your payment plan
- Finance schedules and approvals are controlled by the provider
- If cancellation is not possible, returns (where applicable) follow our returns policy

Include: Order number, full name, postcode, and a clear cancellation request.
