Before dispatch
We will make reasonable efforts to stop supplier allocation, preparation or carrier booking. Contacting us early reduces avoidable logistics.
This policy explains how to cancel an order and distinguishes an operational request to stop fulfilment from a consumer’s statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase.

Keep a copy of the sent message. We will check the order status and explain the next operational step. Where a statutory cancellation right applies, it does not depend on us choosing to approve the right.

The shipment may no longer be stoppable. Do not refuse or redirect it without instructions, because additional carrier or return costs can arise.
Operational processing does not by itself remove any statutory cancellation right. If delivery cannot be stopped, the authorised return process may be required.
For most eligible goods bought online, a consumer may cancel from the time the order is placed until 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. After notifying cancellation, the consumer normally has a further 14 days to return the goods.
Where an order contains several goods delivered on different days, the legal calculation can depend on the final delivery. Contact us if the order is split.
Legal exceptions can apply, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. A standard colour or model choice is not automatically treated as personalised; the facts of the specific product and order matter.
Assembly or another separately requested service may have different cancellation consequences if the customer expressly requested performance during a cancellation period and work has begun. Any lawful charge would relate to service actually supplied and the applicable terms.
If goods have been dispatched or delivered, follow the Returns & Refunds Policy. Large furniture must not be sent to the registered office.
For a valid change-of-mind cancellation, direct return costs can be the customer’s responsibility where properly disclosed and permitted. Any refund due will be handled using the applicable legal timeframe and normally returned through the original payment method.
If a third-party instalment service was used, continue following its payment instructions until the provider confirms the adjustment.
Send the notice promptly and keep a copy for your records.
This policy summarises the process and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
