Prepare before the appointment
Ensure the delivered packages are in the correct room unless another arrangement has been confirmed.
Provide a clear, safe workspace around the intended wardrobe position.
Check ceiling height, skirting, sockets, radiators, door swing and finished wardrobe dimensions.
Make a responsible adult available throughout the appointment.
Keep children and pets away from components, tools and the work area.
Timing, changes and product issues
Assembly may occur on the delivery date or separately. Do not assume a date until it has been confirmed. Delivery delay, missing parts, damage, unsafe conditions or installer availability can require rescheduling.
If packaging or components appear damaged, photograph them before assembly and contact support. An installer should not be expected to conceal defects or modify damaged structural parts.
Customer cancellation or an unprepared room may result in a reasonable call-out or rescheduling charge where this was disclosed and permitted.
